We are closing our spring public training season with two training programs focusing on communicational and managerial skills. Registration to self-assertion public training and managerial training “Specialist turning into manager” are now open. In our managerial open training program we focus on developing professional identity and practical skills of specialists who were promoted to manager of middle or higher organizational level. Such subjects as new managerial roles and conflicts, communicational skills, new managerial attitudes and beliefs and much more are emphasized in this public training.
